Fine to medium sandy handmade wares with shell-dusting externally on rim and shoulders. Comparable with or the same as Essex type Fabric 13S (Cotter 2000).

Fine to medium sandy handmade wares with shell-dusting externally on rim and shoulders. Comparable with or the same as Essex type Fabric 13S (Cotter 2000). Note common red-stained sand in this example - without the shell dusting, this would be recorded as MCWps.
